My dog sustained a terrible eye injury and I needed emergency help. The on call vet was so helpful and she took the time to get all the information on options and talk them through with me. We discussed what was in my dogs best interests. When I returned the next day the staff were so supportive and kind. They helped me not feel guilty about the difficult decision. They showed compassion and caring towards me and my dog. After the surgery the Vet took time to call me and explain how things had gone. When I picked my dog up everything was carefully explained to me and we discussed how to manage him post op. I cannot recommend this vets enough and I will always recommend them if anyone asks me. 10/10 A1* service

I will be forever grateful for the love and kindness i experienced to my beagle beau and also to me and my partner. The staff are outstanding and if I was to ever have another pet I’ll be straight back. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Our first visit here.Took our Sons Jack Russell for his Booster jabs and an health checkup as My Son was at Work.Found the Staff helpful and pleasant and the Vet himself was friendly Knowledgeable and very hood with our dog.

We have only needed to use Lime Trees Vets 3 times so far (twice for vaccinations). Once for an injury and I couldn't fault them. Easy to get an appointment. Seem relatively well priced (as much as vets can be). Attentive reception, support and vet staff. React well to our anxious dog who can seem frightening when she gets agitated. Ample free parking Open on a Saturday. Very pleased so far.
