We called the out of hours after our dog had fell awkwardly. We were told that it would be in the region of £350. We were happy to pay it. Took our dog straight away he was seen within 5 mins then the vet assesed him for a about 15mins. We were told it was just a sprain. We came to pay the bill and was told there was no charge. Fantastic people loving kind and genuine. Ralph is doing great now thank you very very much

We moved our Golden Retriever Meg to this vet’s and we are so glad we did. After a bad experience at another vet’s with our older dog who were rude, uncaring and made me cry, Lyme Trees are the complete opposite. The receptionists are some of the nicest people ever. Meg was booked in to be spayed but after being put under they couldn’t go ahead with it and it had to be rearranged. The communication was FANTASTIC, they kept me informed and kept her in for a few hours and I could just tell they really do care for our pets. It’s a totally different experience. Our older dog was moved to another vet’s due to complications (who are also great) but we are super impressed with Lyme Trees and highly recommend them.

Thank you to the team for everything. From start to finish it’s been straightforward and stress free as I’ve never had to use pet insurance up to this point too. Jax had BOAS surgery very common in flat faced dogs and having a French Bulldog the risk was always there. Jax has recovered and I think he’s now forgiven me for the cone around his head for the past 2weeks! I had some referrals given to me by my vets in Lichfield and having done some reading up on the surgery and the reviews it was clear to me that this was the place. A real bonus surgery going well he could and did come home with me on the evening of the op as I wanted him home in his comfortable surroundings. Would whole heartedly recommend to anyone and fingers crossed I never have to return again in a nice way. 😀 Thanks again. James

I'd highly recommend lime tree vets to anyone at mier park, had my tabby cat spayed this week but sadly she had post op complications however the team at lime tree went above and beyond ensuring that she made a full recovery and also at no extra cost! I was kept updated all along the way and they even kept her in over night where now vets looked after her (also highly recommend) she is now on her way to recovery and I can't see other vets doing the same to what treatment she had. So glad we chose lime tree vets as our vets.

Could not recommend this vets highly enough for your pets. Fantastic staff, Amazing vet that goes above and beyond for your animal. Large clean reception area was abit more expensive than what I used to pay for a consultation somewhere else but cheap isn't always best. They truly care for your pet here and no hidden costs. One happy pet owner
