Sadly my cavapoo of 12.5years was put to sleep on the 8th September 2025. The staff were absolutely fantastic with us. Nothing was a problem. They were kind, caring and showed a lot of empathy towards us and Blake. We; Robert and I cannot thank you enough. When we collected Blake’s ashes which will go into my coffin when I died…I couldn’t believe how professional they were. Blake was returned to us in a graceful presentation case. We broke down in the car just glad Blake’s home with us now. Thank you lime tree vets xxx

Dig Boot
We moved our Golden Retriever Meg to this vet’s and we are so glad we did. After a bad experience at another vet’s with our older dog who were rude, uncaring and made me cry, Lyme Trees are the complete opposite. The receptionists are some of the nicest people ever. Meg was booked in to be spayed but after being put under they couldn’t go ahead with it and it had to be rearranged. The communication was FANTASTIC, they kept me informed and kept her in for a few hours and I could just tell they really do care for our pets. It’s a totally different experience. Our older dog was moved to another vet’s due to complications (who are also great) but we are super impressed with Lyme Trees and highly recommend them.

Vetsnow transferred the care of my very ill Greyhound to the care of Limetree for 3 days. The level of care was 1st class. I was kept informed of her progress and treatment at all times. Everyone involved showed kindness and compassion to Belle and I. The practise is very well managed, clean and pleasant.

Thank you to the team for everything. From start to finish it’s been straightforward and stress free as I’ve never had to use pet insurance up to this point too. Jax had BOAS surgery very common in flat faced dogs and having a French Bulldog the risk was always there. Jax has recovered and I think he’s now forgiven me for the cone around his head for the past 2weeks! I had some referrals given to me by my vets in Lichfield and having done some reading up on the surgery and the reviews it was clear to me that this was the place. A real bonus surgery going well he could and did come home with me on the evening of the op as I wanted him home in his comfortable surroundings. Would whole heartedly recommend to anyone and fingers crossed I never have to return again in a nice way. 😀 Thanks again. James
