We took our little pooch in for their 6-month check-up, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of our vet, but he was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind, gentle, and caring with our Frenchie, making the whole experience calm and reassuring. A special mention also to the receptionist, who was so lovely, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made us feel at ease and was a pleasure to chat to. You could really tell how much the team genuinely cares about the animals they look after. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding, and the whole visit was such a positive experience. I can’t thank Dr. Olivia enough for the wonderful care she gave my cat. She saw him just before closing time when he was in a lot of pain and needed urgent help. She was kind, compassionate, and professional, and I’m so grateful she didn’t turn us away. Thanks to her, my cat got the treatment he needed and is feeling better. Thank you so much!

I have been gong to Letchworth Vet Centre for over eight years with my greyhound Possum and have always been extremely happy with the service . She loves all the vets especially Jayne and greets them with a waggy tail. Prices are always transparent and treatment only done if deemed necessary and after discussion with me . The Pet club is especially good value with 20% off most procedures, unlimited consultations and nail clipping included in my plan

Our 8 yr cockapoo had an ear problem, we phoned on Saturday first thing and had an appointment an hour later. He needed to be sedated to see what the issue was. The care and attention was fantastic and the staff were so helpful. This isn't the first time we've had to make an urgent appointment and have always had amazing care from the team. Thank you again!

Phoned at 11.00, seen at 11.40. Extremely friendly vet, interacted with our dog, took detailed history, examined, diagnosed and administered anti sickness injection. Advice given on what to do if deteriorated. Advice on upgraded Pet Health Plan, which we took. Phoned by practice later to initiate the latter. Our dog recovered very quickly. Back to his cheeky self. Thank you.
