Phoned at 11.00, seen at 11.40. Extremely friendly vet, interacted with our dog, took detailed history, examined, diagnosed and administered anti sickness injection. Advice given on what to do if deteriorated. Advice on upgraded Pet Health Plan, which we took. Phoned by practice later to initiate the latter. Our dog recovered very quickly. Back to his cheeky self. Thank you.
