Once again Lawrie Vets treated my cat with calmness and care. Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. The vet listened to what I was saying. She was very gentle and calming with my cat. She explained the treatment options clearly. It was a bit expensive, but that's the way things are. I opted for the more expensive treatment myself in full knowledge of the cost. As a new client I was felt to feel extremely welcomed from the moment I called to register, to the moment I paid my bill. The welcome unto the practice felt genuine. The consultation with the vet was both thorough and very informative. At no point during the consultation did I feel rushed and I came away only with good things to say. If you were like me and complained about high vet fees and poor service, then Lawrie Vets are for you. I'd recommend any pet owner, new or not, to trust these folks with the care of your animals.
