From the moment we arrived, the experience at the veterinary clinic was excellent. There was plenty of spacious parking available, and we were warmly greeted at reception. We were directed to a separate cat-only waiting area, which was a huge relief—our sick cat wasn’t stressed by the presence of other animals. Richard took wonderful care of Luna. He examined her thoroughly from head to tail, considered every possible cause of her symptoms, and asked us detailed questions about what we had observed at home. Luna had bloodwork done, received an injection, and we were sent home with the proper medications. We also received clear, detailed instructions on how to carry out the follow-up treatments at home. Overall, we felt truly supported, and Luna was in excellent hands. And best of all, our cat is already feeling so much better and slowly get back to normal.

Always really appreciative of the care they take when seeing my pup. Every vet is always super friendly and supportive and they take the time to make him feel at ease when he goes in for an appointment. The reception team are extremely welcoming and helpful too. I’ve had experiences in the past with vets I felt were just interested in getting more money but not at Lamond. You can tell every single employee loves animals and are only there to do what is in the best interest of your pet. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Was in the vets today. The vet that attended to me was Chloe and she was so helpful. I had a few questions about my newly rescued cat and she gave me very helpful advice. I was very satisfied with my visit. Chloe could not have been nicer. It was a really good visit today and I felt better equipped to handle my new cat after the advice I received. Thank u Chloe.
