Posting on behalf of a friend who found an injured cat in her garden. After many many phone calls to various vets, charities and the RSPCA, all who declined to help! Kingswood Vets agreed to see her . My friend was very impressed with the compassion and professionalism shown towards both her and the cat. She mentioned the receptionist who particularly went above and beyond to try and help . The cat was scanned and treated..she is microchipped, but no contact could be made as yet. Outstanding service ..Thank You

The lovely receptionist got my dog booked in to be seen within 24 hours. The vet was wonderful with my senior dog. Very gentle and reassuring when examining her, explained the diagnosis and options for managing it. The medication given made a real difference to her comfort very quickly.
