I have used Kingston vets for over 13years. I cannot fault the staff. Everyone of them has a smile on their face. Now I have a new puppy I am 💯 they will welcome our baby girl Daisy. New to this branch during a visit last week for our dog. Clean waiting area and a fresh bowl of water was brought out to us for our dog (hot day). All staff were very friendly and the vet seen was very helpful and also gave advice on a few other areas of concern too. They all greeted and fussed our old Staffy.

Visited yesterday with my Springador Otis, who is a big boy and who was pulling out of excitement, but I struggle with him like that because of my back. Tim the ambulance driver came to my rescue, helping me weigh Otis and then coming into the vet’s office and holding onto him whilst he had his jabs. He then took him outside whilst I sorted paperwork etc. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful, thank you

Handy as very local to me but I would travel to use Kingston at Thorngumbald. Always very welcoming and my dog (Redd) is always at ease there..... that speaks volumes. Thank you!

I found the receptionist very friendly over the phone and in the surgery reception (Claire) explained everything we needed to know. Felt sorry for the vet as she had a messy problem with my dog Otis first time ever I have known him to do what he did. We can only say very sorry again to her but, she explained everything she wanted us to do to treat our dog. Very impressed with our first visit and we can only say a big thank you.Kind regards Anne and Ken.
