I took my 4 year old Walter westie to a different vet he was so frightened at every visit I decided to try Kingston. He had a few issues that needed looking into. We met Joanna who immediately put me at ease. She greets Walter on every visit at his level. He actually seems pleased to see her. I no longer have a shaking trembling dog when I go to the vets. His health issues are much better. Everyone at Anlaby and Park street have been outstanding. I now have a happy healthy westie couldn’t be happier. Thank you all

Disappointed had to wait 25 minutes after appointment time to see the vet. Once we were in the room 5 stars. She was very thorough and asked lots of questions about my dog before proceeding with injections. She talked to him all the time reassuring him. Just unhappy with initial wait time.
