We had our beloved ruby put to eternal peace in the garden at the vets may of 2025 and i cant explain how beautiful the day was for our ruby. She was my girl and my heart broke that day and is still missing its piece. The staff were incredible. The vet himself so gentle with her, she just went so peacefully as the sun shone directly on her laying on the blanket with everyone she loved the most there sending her on her way. I will be forever thankful. Our soon to be 2year old KC registered male english bullterrier is a favourite with the staff and he loves the fuss. Again so caring and professional. And the pet plans are also amazing and affordable.

All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The vet took his time to explain everything, was gentle, calm and very professional. He answered all our concerns, and we were not rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Highly recommend this vet practice! We unfortunately had to have our pet put to sleep recently and we were shown so much compassion throughout the process from the whole team. The vet was very kind and gentle with our pet and completely transparent with the pricing of everything down to the penny. Can’t thank them enough for making a very sad experience just a bit easier!

The timing was very good. A 9am appointment began at 9am. Matt the vet was extremely helpful and sorted out a couple of issues as well as the yearly jab. He was very careful handling our 17 year old cat. Very pleased.

I cannot thank Kingsteignton Veterinary Practice enough for the incredible care they gave Pablo. Even though he wasn't previously a patient at the practice and i just showed up, they stepped in without hesitation when he urgently needed treatment and ultimately had to have his eye removed. From the moment we arrived, Pablo was treated with the utmost care, compassion, and professionalism. Leaving your dog for surgery is never easy, but I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such safe and capable hands. A special thank you to Matt, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely supported during what was a very stressful and emotional situation. His kindness, reassurance, and obvious care for Pablo made a difficult day so much easier to get through. The whole team went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for the care they provided. I couldn't recommend Kingsteignton Veterinary Practice highly enough.
