What pet owners say
Bella came in for her health check free under the pet plan. The lady that we saw was so good with Bella as she is now very nervous visiting the vets after being spayed. She gained her trust with some treats and Bella left with a bit more confidence. Thank you for your understanding.

I was warmly welcomed. The vet was absolutely marvellous treating our cats with respect and kindness. He was also able to answer all our concerns going forward. The vet and the reception staff helped me to return to my car safely too.

We have been a clients of Pelyn since our Owner got us. We love how well we are looked after and they take care of our owner too. Through the Pet plan our owner makes sure we don't get worms or fleas. Also other family pets have been patients and they have crossed the rainbow and I know that our owner said the kindness and care shown was brilliant and the little touch of the card and seeds has her garden looking lovely in special areas for our lost family. I visited Penlyn vets St Austell yesterday with my dog Winnie for her yearly vaccinations. Pip took the upmost care with Winnie and gave her a good examination and trimmed her nails for me. Pip also explained everything to me and sorted out alternative vaccinations for Winnie. Thank you Pip for your care and understanding.
