What pet owners say
Really good experience, have tried a few vets in town, but this practice is the friendliest, they answer the phone quickly, and are very professional.

Over the years we have had our pets registered with just about every Veterinary practice in St Austell and Pelyn Vets are in a league of their own. Always friendly, polite and professional with nothing being too much trouble. As much time as is needed is taken by the team with no pressure to "get you out". I cannot recommend highly enough and the other practices in St Austell could learn some things from Pelyn Vets!

Very friendly and helpful staff , great with are elderly cat. But getting SUPER expensive now, the Thyronorm we need is now is £117 for 100ml , goes up every time now, look it up on line £48 100ml , this is the company vets making money from insurance. Which we are super pleased we have, although that is now £70 month , thanks to the claims, plus of cause the £12.50 a month we pay the vets for pets plan. I know they have to pay the staff, bills, etc, but just getting stupid now.

Overall experience was good, service was professional, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was informed of all of the options beforehand, but on the day, which changed my plans and incurred a further cost.
