As a lorry driver, I occasionally find myself running out of driving hours and in need of a place to rest. On one such occasion, I stopped by this veterinary clinic to inquire about the nearest shop. The reception team (Shannon & Bryher) went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they provide directions, but they also offered me a warm cup of coffee, biscuits, and chocolate, such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. So supportive, im so pleased with Pelyn vets everytime i have worries with my 17 & a half year old Jack Russell they just get it right, and we both walk out smiling, theres nothing more daunting then ya best friend getting old especially when times are hard, but this peace of mind and support from the team there is so good..Pelyn is setting a fantastic benchmark as far as im concerned. Dean : brilliant vet for todays complex expensive animal care provision. Pelyn vets I contacted as Dean was a specialist in ophthalmology. My dog needed surgery and I was advised to go out of county and even to London. However I found Dean and what an incredible job he did on my crusty old dog who just needed some later life cosmetic surgery to help with visual impairment and a large mass to the eyelid. Incredible intricate surgery which was 24th post op was looking fantastic. Fabulous surgical outcome and thank you so much. Needles to say Dean & team did what was needed and exact on the quote given, no hidden extras.
