What pet owners say
We are part of the pet health plan and it is a great way of ensuring the best care. Very easy to book online or just ring to book appointments and medications. The staff are all lovely and professional. We have had excellent care for our dog and have faith in the vets here. The staff are always very attentive to our dog who loves going!

We had an emergency whilst here on holiday south our dog who required overnight care and I can honestly say they looked after our little dog amazingly. So friendly, allowed us to visit, and we felt comfortable leaving her in their care when it was time for us to leave. Absolutely superb care, we can't thank you enough.

we brought our poorly cat to the Pelyn branch as we were unhappy with our previous vet. the Pelyn team are excellent. our cat was diagnosed very quickly with diabetes and she was given treatment immediately. the vet was extremely patient with us, explained everything and answered all our questions. the nurses were all very nice and attentive, one noticed we'd been waiting for a while (it was about 20 mins) and made sure we hadn't been forgotten (we hadn't). they recommended we join the pet club so the treatment wasn't so expensive. on that note, the charges were reasonable and less than i expected if i'm honest. so far, so good, we're very happy with the Pelyn practice.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Waiting room always clean and tidy. Staff try to keep to appointment times but if don't usually a good reason behind lateness. Staff knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Treatment prices on show. If treatment plan required then very comprehensive. Excellent palliative care for your animal, with lots of time given to say goodbye.

Absolutely lovely vets. We are not from the area and had to bring our dog in whilst we were on holiday in Fowey. We were able to get a last minute appointment, were seen promptly the next day. The vet was very kind and dealt with our nervous dog so well. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. Wished we lived more local so we could visit again.
