What pet owners say
We were on holiday in the area and booked in the same day for a nail trim for our little dog Finnley. The receptionist was lovely and the two nurses that trimmed his nails were amazing. Finn does not like having his nails done but they dealt with him in such a calm and positive manner he was the best he's ever been. 10 out of 10 for their calm persistence. I can't tell you how relieved I was. 😄

Over the years I have experienced excellent friendly service from the Ellis Team. They are always ready to help and are so kind and caring to your fur babies and I trust them implicitly with mine. Yesterday t took my 5 month old Yorkie to Ellis Vets with a tummy upset and she was feeling very sorry for herself. I saw a locum vet and she couldn’t have been nicer. She understood that my dog was very anxious and was extremely kind and patient with her. She examined her thoroughly and gave her an anti sickness injection and today I am happy to say she is on the road to recovery. Thank you once again to the Ellis Vet Team.

There is always a friendly welcome when we arrive. Daphne generally gets a fuss and the offer of a treat, which she refuses, her loss. The treatment any of my animals get us excellent. My latest visit was, as usual a pleasant one, it's almost like visiting friends. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our two dogs to Ellis Vets for 8 years now and have always found them very friendly and knowledgeable, from the reception to nursing/vet level. They always listen to your concerns about your best friend and either advise on the best solution or arrange further investigations. They really care about the animals they are seeing.
