What pet owners say
A very warm welcome with my animals when you first walk in. Both Hannah and Andy, the vets, are lovely and take the time to explain everything to you regarding your animal and what's going on. A lovely, close-knit team that really show that your animal is getting the best care possible. Genuinely refuse to take my pets to see anyone other than Hannah and those she recommends. Only thing I'd mention would be the possibility of adding music in the waiting room so the conversations in the consult rooms can't be overheard.

Just wanted to say Thank you to Hannah, Kayleigh and staff at Churchend practise when we had to put our dog to sleep. The ladies were very compassionate and couldn’t have supported us enough in the final week we had with our family dog. The practise was a calm and quiet environment which was appreciated in our circumstances.

Started using Churchend when my usual practise (part of the same group ) couldn’t fit me in. Since then had two dogs going for operations and couple other visits for routine checks and vaccinations. Everyone I have met has been lovely to deal with and the care taken with my dogs I am very pleased with.

Very friendly welcome my old boy doesn’t like going to the vets they all made such a fuss of him it was like he was at home thank you will definitely be asking for Church End vets again

I met one of the vets from Church end whilst out walking my dogs and decided to call them when my own vet couldn't fit my dog in in an emergency, they booked me in and saw my dog straight away, I was so impressed I signed up both dogs to their PHC plus package on the spot, finally found a vet practice I don't have to drag them both into, in fact Chester didn't want to leave, unlimited vet consults with two large dogs takes away the do I or don't I take them to get checked out and for a price that wasn't uncomfortable compared with the cost of a normal visit at my old vets.....couldn't recommend them any higher, and Chester says " they got great treats "
