A few weeks ago I had say goodbye to my beloved border collie Millie. I can't thank all the staff to make her crossing the rainbow bridge that little bit easier, they explained the process, gave us some time to say our goodbyes and said "Take as long as you want/need" Given time, we will get another border collie but when that time does come I will haven no doubt we will return to Ivybank vets when I need help or advise.

Great staff and vets never had any problems Sasha my German shepherd is wary of being there yesterday vet took us in as soon as we arrived to make it less stressful monthly plan is well worth the money highly recommend taking it out
