All the vets here I have ever seen I cannot fault. They were amazing, kind and caring when our beloved boy was extremely poorly. Even though he was handed over to the brilliant DWR, they kept up to date with everything and were always there at the end of the phone for me. My cat was in an extremely poorly way. Having rung the vets in an utter panic, they couldn’t have been more calm, and reassuring, getting me an immediate emergency appointment. It was just the response I needed. Once at the surgery their kindness and efficiency in caring for my cat (and me) made an emotionally draining situation less painful. The vet was extremely patient and understanding with me, clearly explaining the diagnosis and treatment and follow-up after care. My cat is now recovering well as we head towards the next appointment to check he’s truly recovered. I was dreading the bill, but was pleasantly surprised by the cost as it was much less than I’d anticipated. Thank you Isle Veterinary Surgery.
