So I had to take my beautiful golden retriever to Isle of Ely Vets 20 minutes before they shut on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency and have to say all the staff were truly amazing massive shout out to Ruth a vet and Terry a nurse and another vet who was there on Saturday afternoon.we love our pet dearly and they all were so kind and caring it really blew me away. I had to take Willow to a specialist vets in Newmarket and both Ruth and Terry were happy to travel with me as they were concerned Willow may deteriorate on the journey . Baring in mind the time was way past the time they finished they prioritised my pet over their own personal circumstances I will be truly grateful to all the staff. They have given willow a fighting chance she may never had . I’m one very appreciative dog dad

All the vets here I have ever seen I cannot fault. They were amazing, kind and caring when our beloved boy was extremely poorly. Even though he was handed over to the brilliant DWR, they kept up to date with everything and were always there at the end of the phone for me. They were all extremely supportive too after we lost our precious boy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys, you’re amazing!! ❤️

I cannot recommend Isle Veterinary Group Limited highly enough. The vets and the whole team are incredibly kind, professional and compassionate. They truly go above and beyond to accommodate not only the needs of the pet, but also the concerns of the owner. Visiting the vet can be stressful, especially when your pet is frightened or unwell, and sometimes the owner feels just as anxious. The team at Isle Veterinary Group always make you feel listened to, valued and reassured.
