What an incredible practice! Vets are professional, knowledgeable, caring and very honest. The vets have been truly wonderful. The nursing staff too! My vet nurse is Emily, she created a new eating plan to help me reduce my labrador "Bella's" weight. She put on weight shortly after having her spayed. I believe its equivalent to menopause weight gain for dogs. So, along with a recommendation of taking Bella to hydrotherapy, I carefully changed her food, gave her gentle exercise, and she reduced her weight from 36 kilo to 27 kilo. She went from being in pain and lame to walking up to 4 miles three times a week, no lameness, and pain free! Thank you to all the staff especially the kind receptionists who greet Bella when she barks; as she walks in..... announcing herself! They are so patient and kind. However, its Emily who has been especially kind, knowledgeable, professional, and wonderfully supportive of Bellas weight loss journey! Also she is so patient and incredibly caring when cutting Bellas nails. She is so scared, so she is exceptionally careful. Thank-you all do much. A. PERRY, STAFFORD

The staff at the Island vets have been continually fantastic and patient with our girl Roxy who can get quite anxious on visits. We honestly cannot fault them in their treatment. Roxy has undergone different surgeries that have been challenging and the after care and attention is amazing from all staff. Thank you to all the staff at the Island vets for all that you do.
