My family and I have used Gornal Vets for as long as we have had pets. I moved out of the area but still registered my cats here as after trying an alternative closer to home - I was unsatisfied with the care we received. I have always found every member of staff friendly, approachable and non-judgemental. I wouldn’t recommend any other team to care for your pets

Always a very comfortable and professional service. My dog is always greeted with enthusiasm and made to feel at ease even though she is a registered banned breed. Had her spayed here and did a fantastic job with her.

Thank you so much for your help today and responding so quickly, unfortunately my bunny passed away today but the team and expecially the receptionists were so thoughtful and kind and really made such a sad time a little easier.

My 5 month old puppy had surgery to fix cherry eye yesterday. All of the staff here and at other branch are really helpful and kind. Sirius was treated really well and I’m confident they will take good care of him and my other dog should they need treatment again
