From the minute you walk in the surgery, the reception staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The vets and nurses are kind, patient and knowledgeable. They always ensure your questions and queries are answered, clearly explaining everything. I am sure there are lots of back room staff that I have not come into contact with that play an important role in keeping this excellent practice running as efficiently as it does. Inshes Vet is an amazing vet! I love how there is such a nice atmosphere in the centre. Reception is friendly and Charlotte who have dealt woth our dog's dental problem is such a wonderful vet. She took time to explain things to us in detail. Our dog have had 2 dental surgery already and Charlotte kept us updated the whole time which made us felt really reassured that our dog was in good hands during those times! Highly recommended Vet!

Excellent service, visited with my Maine Coon who had developed a sore eye overnight. Got an appointment very quickly with a vet, she reassured me and explained each step of her examination and treatment. Freddie, the cat, is very nervous of the vets but she kept him calm and didn’t rush.
