The staff are so friendly, the vet ( an Aussie), was very friendly too. Put my mind at ease about my dogs eye problem. He explained everything carefully and we agreed which was the best eye cream for it. I also got an appointment easily. So glad to have registered with Inglis Vets when we moved up to Scotland. Highly recommend them.

So grateful to all the staff from Inglis vets (3 locations) and the Hospital over the weekend. Pet care that feels so personal from all the staff and Vets, no matter the time of day or night.. thank you all from Creamy and us! 😻 So happy to have our cats in the care of Inglis Vets.

I phoned up to see if I could get an app for my 8 month old kitten Summer as she's was completely listless and not herself. I told them on the phone I didn't have money to bring her in but they wanted to see her for an emergency app because of the symptoms I described on the phone. I went up and was greeted with a very friendly receptionist, easy to talk to. Once the vet checked her over etc he basically told me the options I had and I explained My situation again and he went and spoke to someone else. Thankfully they were willing to let me set up a payment plan and was told they'd phone me today (19th June 2024) to sort out specifics. I'm so greatful to them for them still given me her treatment of the antibiotics and letting me pay it up otherwise we were pretty much screwed. So thank you Inglis Vets you really helped and took a weight off my shoulders 😌👍

My dogs, cats and hens have always had exemplary treatment for the last 20+ years I've been with Inglis. An absolutely wonderful, caring team. Shout out to Kelly on reception today. What a fantastic ambassador for the hospital. She managed to fit me in for a same day appointment, making sure to ask all the relevant questions regarding the problem. When we arrived she was super with my old dog, who adored all the "big loves" she gave him. My doggo and I left very happy indeed with the vet service too. Five stars as always! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sadly our wee Sasha had come to the end of being here with us , unfortunately the time had come to say Goodbye-LAURA helped us through this very sad time putting our wee Sasha to sleep 😴 🐾🐾🐾🐾Thank You Laura for your empathy & caring. Sasha is missed like all our other pets that have sadly passed through the years with the help of this Practice. We still feel Sasha she was such a joy 🤩 Thank you all for taking the time to TRY & make the process as easy as you could 😍❤️
