Great service. Reception advised of a short delay on arrival meaning we could take a short walk round the block. Trainee vets pleasant and speedy. Vet arrived promptly after initial checks and focussed on the issue, checks and next steps for which a procedure was scheduled within a couple of weeks. Really impressed with the service and customer support. A massive improvement since my last visit earlier this year.

All the staff have been great in taking care of my wee dog who needed a wee bit of tlc after being a little overlooked when I took unwell. They have gone above and beyond to make sure his needs were taken care of and I can't thank them enough for their help. I've seen first hand how they care for animals like they would their own and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a new vet practice for their little fur babies.

The care that the students and the vets themselves take is excellent. They listen intently to concerns for your pet and you are never hurried. Any advice or medication is explained in detail and clearly done. All costs are advised. You are left knowing that the best has been done.

Staff are really nice down at inglis Cowdenbeath, the vets are very professional and great with my dog as she's not the easiest to deal with when she's getting a check up or looked at. Big thank you to the students that work at Cowdenbeath as well they're always making a fuss of my dog even when she can be hard work. Much appreciated 🐕👍
