I changed vets a few months ago and a friend recommended them. On our first visit the staff were warmly welcoming and chatty… The vet we met was fabulous, and the problem looked and a plan was made going forward…. We met the same vet again a week later and my dog recognised her and was happy to see her. The problem appeared partly resolved and a plan going forward was suggested which I was happy to do. We visited again for her second vaccine last week and whilst there the original problem was escalating again and this was checked again by another vet. This vet was also fabulous! What an excellent team… so glad I moved. If they suggest the plan … sign up! I have saved a small fortune! An excellent idea at an excellent vets…. Super happy we moved. Xx

All staff in Inglis Alloa are very friendly and professional the same way. My dog had a yearly check up and necessary jabs Even she is a drama queen ( greyhound ) she did not cry she loved attention she received from her vet A vet was very very kind thank you It was really nice visits for both of us fort me and my dog 😊

Really patient and understanding staff. Our doodle is anxious and staff take so much time and care to make both us and him feel listened to and at ease. He’s not the easiest boy to handle but the staff all persevere with him for which we are so grateful.

Best vets ever. We've been to quite a few vets and all the veteranians and the receptionist at Inglis have been lovely. It is really clear they care a lot about the pets more than anything, and also explain everything well without rushing. Lovely team. If you go regularly, the pet Plan is great too

Inglis Vets have been absolutely amazing. My 14-year-old Lhasa Apso, Harry, was diagnosed with diabetes and the care and support we received was outstanding. The team went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything clearly and talk us through all the options available. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and compassionate, which made a very stressful situation much easier to cope with. Harry is normally very anxious at the vets, but he was incredibly calm — a first for him — which really says it all. I can’t recommend Inglis Vets highly enough. Thank you for the wonderful care you’ve given Harry 🐾💛
