Our cat was very suddenly and unexpectedly taken ill and we sadly made the decision to put him to sleep. From the minute we called the emergency vet in the early hours of the morning to bringing his ashes home, the staff at ICR have made this heartbreaking process just a little bit easier. The staff, in particular vet Rebecca and nurse Cameron, extended the greatest compassion, kindness and patience. You probably won't remember the time you waited an extra 10 minutes in the waiting room to be seen but you will never forget the day you say goodbye to your fur baby. Thank you for everything you did. I cannot recommend ICR highly enough.

Three of our family's cats had routine surgery at ICR Vets very recently at Gorebridge and Loanhead. The vet's and their staff are lovely. We have been registered at this practice for a number of years, and the care and attention has always been excellent.

The staff are friendly, warm and well coming. Always caring. they don’t rip you off like I have found with vets. They are open 7 days a week and have emergency team, so you can phone any time. Have and Will recommend to others.
