Great service great vets, had to make an emergency appointment on a Sunday and they were fab, they treated us both with so much care and put me at ease. I would defo recommend these guys, thank you so much for treating us at such short notice and allowing us to make our way there as I live a distance away and seeing us as soon as we came through the door, your warmth and compassion will be forever felt, and she was so calm and didn’t even try to bite! My first and only, so far, experience of ICR vets was, unfortunately to have my beautiful standard Poodle Keela put to sleep. This is the first time I've ever had to do this and the vet at ICR (sorry I can't remember the young man's name), made this as "perfect" as this situation could be. I was anxious both due to it being my first time having to do this and also because ICR is not my usual vet practice. However nothing was to much trouble for this young vet. He was very respectful and empathic in his explanation of what was going to happen. At no point did we feel rushed and he gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes to my girl. Thank you so much for making a very sad situation as good as it could be.

We were on holiday at Glentress and our dog Basil took a turn for the worse. When we arrived, straight away he was having scans. Unfortunately Baz was too far gone and had to be pts … unlike at some other vets, we were not rushed out of the door, they showed compassion and empathy. Thank you to all the Staff at Loanhead

Many thanks to Jen who assessed our dog Harris on Sunday past. She was clearly very experienced and kind. Her assessment meant that Harris was not subjected to unnecessary tests, of which he would have been terrified, and which would not have added anything to the overall diagnosis. Thanks too to Peter and ?Becky who came to the house to put Harris to sleep. They were very gentle and compassionate to us, and our very loved dog.

Absolutely stellar staff at ICR - Loanhead. Each vet, nurse, and receptionist staff has been super accomodating and welcoming. Particular shout out to Javier, who recently saw my cat, Hamish. Incredibly thorough, informative and kind. Always feel safe with my pets being seen to by them!
