What pet owners say
Cannot fault at all. So very caring towards my kitty. Alina gave her the best treatment as well as tests to try and find a solution to her fur loss. Alina was very pleased to see Jasmine, made alot of fuss over her and Jasmine felt at ease. Cannot fault in any way. Alina has been looking after Jasmine from the beginning of her fur loss and has kept us informed with the best treatment for her. Her fur is now beginning to grow back so if all is still going well for the next month, Alina has solved and treated her problem. A+++++. Thank you Alina, you're an absolute ⭐ x

Superb service, our cat needed urgent care on the Saturday after Xmas, we rang and got an appointment within the hour , sadly we had to have her put to sleep but the kindness, care and consideration of the vet and his assistant that morning made a hard decision less awful. Later in the week, we received a hand written sympathy card and some seeds for Smudge’s resting place, a lovely gesture & so very thoughtful. I cannot recommend both practices enough. Thank you for all that you do for our pets ( & for us ! )
