I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the lovely team at Hollygate Vets. I was out walking my dog and needed a poo bag, so I popped in to ask whether they had a spare one. Unfortunately, my dog became frightened and managed to slip out of his harness and lead. He was very agitated and overwhelmed, but the ladies were incredibly kind, calm, and helpful. They helped me with treats, supported me while I tried to settle him, and even let me use one of their rooms so I could safely get his harness and lead back on. I really, really appreciate how patient and caring everyone was during such a stressful moment. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.

They practically saved my dog's life yesterday, who had heatstroke and couldn't breathe, her tongue was blue and her temperature was high. They were able to get her under control and coordinated her admission to the hospital for the night so she could get all the help she needed. My 6 year old cockapoo Theo gets very nervous going to the vet for his monthly injection for allergies. The vet’s here are very good with him and manage to give him the injection without much distress.
