I have been to a couple of exotic vets and this is by far the best one. One of my birds is disabled and I have complete confidence in the vets I see here especially Emma and Tom. They give me excellent advice and take the time to answer all of my questions in check-ups. A couple of years ago I have to have a budgies put to sleep and a different vet gave me a ink foot print and I am so glad I have it. Charlotte on reception has also always been lovely, prompt and very helpful, in-person and also by email.

We love it here! Despite my pet’s age and breed meaning that if he has any problems the outcome is unlikely to be great, we always feel in safe hands at Holly House. Amazing to have a clinic specifically for exotics now too - we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
