Just taken my guinea pig here and all the staff were lovely! The vet was extremely knowledgeable about guinea pigs especially compared to other vets (we went to vets for pets first). I would recommend anyone with Guinea pigs or exotic pets to come here. We felt so welcomed and we left reassured.

My visit to Holly House Exotics was a lovely, calm experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the vet explained various scenarios re my pet budgie and the problem we had. Even my budgie seemed happy, allowing a thorough examination and he didn't seem stressed by it. I was concerned about him before we went but I left feeling reassured. I would definitely recommend Holly House.

Stella the chicken and me were looked after extremely well by all the staff at Holly House exotics. The vet Tom explained all the options for Stella's treatment very clearly and a lot of care was taken during this appointment. I wish there were more vets who had this level of expertise on chickens. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Can’t thank the amazing Tom enough! We took our rat in worried sick and Tom was absolutely brilliant, super thorough and kind, he mentioned every medication I’d researched prior to the appointment! Our little rat is so much better all thanks to the care and knowledge from Tom
