I have used local vets in my area, but Hillman in Brownhills is by far the best for me. I do have to travel, but the vet and staff are lovely and always make me feel welcome on arrival. I needed an emergency appointment for my dog who was in distress following an injury. My usual surgery couldn’t see her but sent me to Hillmans Brownhills, which is nearer . They saw us as soon as I got there and were so kind and caring. The vet examined my dog gently but very thoroughly and was able to diagnose the problem straight away and prescribe the medication we needed. She also explained what next steps could be if the condition doesn’t improve. I’m so grateful for the care they provided.

The team at the vets saw our poorly guinea pig really quickly last night. Unfortunately he had to be put down but the vets were so kind throughout the process. Thank you for giving my daughter a bottle with his fur clipping in. It made a difficult situation just that little bit easier
