I had a random cat in my house that was in a very bad condition…broken tail, ticks, a burst abscess on her paw and various sores. She was a very friendly little thing. The vet was great and gave me some charities to contact to help with fees…if she’s not claimed I’ll keep her. The vets made her comfy and kept her for a couple of nights to ensure her progress. Really appreciate them finding space for her in the diary and being very supportive.

My dog was very anxious on my arrival to the surgery. The Vet came into the waiting room and sat to chat to me about Martha so Martha could get used to her voice. She sat down on the floor with Martha and let her sniff her stethoscope and the injection. Following a review of Martha the Vet then gave Martha her injection and she was absolutely fine. I was so grateful how the Vet had handled the situation . Thank you so much for reassuring Martha.

Kind caring and very friendly. Very patient with Bootsy who because of his age is like an irritable old man who doesn’t mind sharing his grumpiness. They also helped with giving advice on my very old cats end of life with leaflets etc.

I have used local vets in my area, but Hillman in Brownhills is by far the best for me. I do have to travel, but the vet and staff are lovely and always make me feel welcome on arrival. They are just so kind and gentle with our pets, I always feel at ease going there. I would highly recommend this practice. You are all a credit to Hillman's.
