I had a random cat in my house that was in a very bad condition…broken tail, ticks, a burst abscess on her paw and various sores. She was a very friendly little thing. The vet was great and gave me some charities to contact to help with fees…if she’s not claimed I’ll keep her. The vets made her comfy and kept her for a couple of nights to ensure her progress. Really appreciate them finding space for her in the diary and being very supportive.

We had to have our dog put to sleep yesterday and it was honestly one of the most heartbreaking things we’ve ever had to do. The whole team at the vets were so kind and caring. They managed to fit us in at such short notice, they were so patient and gentle they were with him and my mom. I could hear how gently the vet was talking to him and handling him while putting the cannula in, and when feeling really helpless and guilty for having to do it, it made such such a diffrence with everyone being so gentle with the dog. He was treated with so much care. It was devastating, but they made a horrible experience a little bit easier. We’re so grateful to the whole team for how kind they were to him and to us.

I was greeted at the Brownhills surgery by a friendly member of staff. Raul the vet handled my skittish GSD/Husky in a caring confident manner. He listened to my concerns and suggested different approaches. He was very knowledgeable and well informed. We agreed a treatment plan which he emailed to me along with links to informative articles. I know that if I have any concerns or further questions I know that I can contact the surgery for follow up. I would definitely recommend Hillman vets.
