Ive got a dashound and hes had a few problems in the past but hillmans vets have always sorted him out and put my mind at ease they look after him every time he goes there l know my dog marley is in good hands l got no worries if l have to leave him there l know he will be in good hands a great vets 100 per cent id recommend them

My dog nearly died last year after calling Hillmans at 8am in morning even though we wasn’t registered they got my dog in straightaway. The nurse who took him through & the vet were very thorough at explaining what was going to happen. The nurse sat with my boy all day making sure he fought. Yes it cost me a lot of money & is expensive but they saved my dog & weed so nice to me. My dog had to stay in for the day & I was called with updates & also given the number to call so I could check in at anytime. Thank you Hillmans you saved my fur baby Jax ❤️ I will be forever grateful

My dog my baby and my best friend RUDIE ove 16 years got put to sleep with the the most respect and love from the vet she made us and him feel so relaxed and gave us all the time we needed with him. It was a hard day but she let use know he was happy eating his treats and was not sad Thank you so much for helping us make that final step he in doggy heaven now Thank you again love and miss you so much RUDIE mommys boy xxx

It's my parents that use your vets, and helped with the passing of our beloved Tiger. I was touched by how thoughtful and considerate your team were, and when my mom was telling me of her experience, of this traumatic time, I was so relieved, as I couldn't be there, that your team were so supportive and empathetic. Thank you so much. Also, they received a card of condolences after, which was very touching and very much appreciated. Thank you for your service in what has been a most difficult time.

It's Mr Christopher Wall here, not Gillian. The service and professionalism of your staff are obvious, as is the love your nurses have for the pets they are looking after. However, on just this one occasion, I was disappointed to be kept waiting to be seen until half an hour after my appointment time. Being retired it didn't really matter, but it would have been nice to have been told how far behind things were. I should add that this inconvenience was insufficient to put me off. I am generally very pleased with our relationship with your practice.
