We’ve been taking our two dogs to Highcroft Veterinary Group and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. From the moment you walk in, the team are welcoming, kind, and genuinely interested in your pets, which makes such a difference. The vets and nurses are always patient and take the time to explain everything clearly, without rushing you. You never feel like “just another appointment.” They’ve been brilliant with both of our dogs, each with their own personalities, and handle them so calmly and confidently. Came for our first appointment today with my 2 Akitas 1 of which is a recent rescue case . I honestly can’t thank the ladies enough for making this visiti an absolute joy . Bear was happy to say hi to everyone which is unusual for him . But them made him feel safe and comfortable eith one of the staff Charlotte owing abit about his history at the Sussex dogs home . Special thankyou to Kelly for helping me move the boys and for everything you have done for us already she is the reason I chose this practise ! And thankyou for our little goodie bag hiro has stole both the balls lol . Was a pleasure meeting you all today and will look forward to our next visit in the future ❤️
