My first time at Highcroft vets yesterday and what a wonderful experience. Kelly on reception was so lovely and welcoming. Consultant was really helpful and provided everything my little dog Maggie needed. Even came away with a goodie bag for maggie, when signing up to a pet plan. Great service and lovely staff.

We have been with Highcroft for over 20 years and currently have 4 cats registered with them. We have always had good service from them in the past and the italian vet we have been seeing is excellent but the prices keep going up. The quote for a dematt was £840! We took her to another vets and had the procedure done for under £250.00. We have now moved all 4 of our cats there.

We took our dog Simba for an unexpected visit to the vets in Hailsham as his face had suddenly become swollen. Abi, the vet was excellent, she was very thorough with her examination and explained the treatment and costs very clearly to us. We couldn’t fault the care from Abi and her team and the follow up today was again very detailed and thorough and she took her time with Simba who isn’t the easiest little man to manage! A BIG thank you.
