My first time at Highcroft vets yesterday and what a wonderful experience. Kelly on reception was so lovely and welcoming. Consultant was really helpful and provided everything my little dog Maggie needed. Even came away with a goodie bag for maggie, when signing up to a pet plan. Great service and lovely staff.

We have been with Highcroft for over 20 years and currently have 4 cats registered with them. We have always had good service from them in the past and the italian vet we have been seeing is excellent but the prices keep going up. The quote for a dematt was £840! We took her to another vets and had the procedure done for under £250.00. We have now moved all 4 of our cats there.

We attended Highcroft as an emergency as the vets we are registered with in Eastbourne were unable to give us an appointed as they were fully booked. So they contacted Highcroft and arranged for us to be seen there as it was due to the emergency. We were welcomed by all the staff who were absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend their services to any one needing a vet. We found the cost to be very reasonable too.
