I just wanted to thank the whole team at Highcroft in Hailsham. Especially Cynthia and Mick. Our little cat Rosie was quite unwell and needed their help. The receptionist's are always helpful and very professional. The communication was great & it makes a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Thankfully our little Rosie is doing very well. Took our Staffordshire Bull Terrier for a health check. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were seen on time by a veterinary nurse. A full health check was completed, very caring and thorough. She listened and put our dog at ease which made the whole process easy. Thank you.

My first time at Highcroft vets yesterday and what a wonderful experience. Kelly on reception was so lovely and welcoming. Consultant was really helpful and provided everything my little dog Maggie needed. Even came away with a goodie bag for maggie, when signing up to a pet plan. Great service and lovely staff.
