Always lovely to see Hannah for a health check for our x2 Minature dachshunds. She’s kind, caring and knows the dogs history (they’ve both had surgery for IVDD last year) so is sympathetic to their needs. Reception staff are great too, always polite over the phone when I call and accommodating when I make bookings for appointments. Thanks

Fantastic service from start to finish, receptionist i spoke to was so helpful and friendly and the vet and nurse couldn't have done more for me and my dog who suffers with bad ears and isnt the biggest fan of having them looked at. Thankyou all you made a nervous dog and owner more at ease

We've always had such amazing help and treatment with our 2 cats for the past 5 years. The staff and the vets are all so caring and so lovely when they are examining either of my 2 cats. So professional but it's as tho they are treating their own animals and that is certainly saying such a lot. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thankyou all so very much.
