All staff are friendly and professional, Really good with our little Jackchi . He unfortunately had to get 15 teeth out, even though it was very upsetting, The Vets and nurses made the whole process a lot easier for him and myself. Staff explained the process in detail and were caring and compassionate. I definitely recommend this serves, top marks all round.
