I've had consistently great experiences with my local vet practice. The staff are highly professional and create a welcoming environment from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone is incredibly helpful, and they’re especially good at putting anxious dogs at ease, which makes a huge difference. All the staff are excellent, but I have to give a special mention to Vhari, who I’ve had the most dealings with. She is exceptional—knowledgeable, compassionate, and always goes the extra mile to provide the best care. Highly recommend this practice!

I joined Aberfeldy Heartlands veterinary practice recently and have been extremely impressed from my initial enquiry, each discussion with reception, through to each veterinary consultation with Bonnie, my 2 year old pup. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming as well as caring towards Bonnie. Happy healthy pup = happy mum! Definitely recommend the practice.
