The team are always friendly and welcoming. The Vet team ate flexible with how they do things to make sure our dog is relaxed and not stresses. She is now so comfortable with the team that she just lays down and lets them do whatever treatments are needed. Amazing staff and very much appreciated.

We turned up way before our appointment, but they changed us to another vet so that we could get our cat seen to. Maria was very good and very hrlpful although I don't thinkh our cat saw it that way. He is healing nicely and thank you.

I have used Hawthorn vets for over 30 years, my pets have always been very well looked after . The service from reception to the nurses and Vets is caring and compassionate. Special mention to vet David, he has such a lovely manner and genuinely seems to really care about the animals . Thank you
