We came here for a second opinion on our elderly dog after we were told, very coldly, by our original vets that we'd be putting her down within 48 hours. Tim spent an hour (we were charged no more than the consultation fee for his extra time) sensitively explaining everything about her condition, what we should expect and what our future looks like. She was calm and relaxed and allowed him to examine her in a way she would never let anyone else. We are now 48 hours post stroke, she is making a steady recovery and is still happy, pain free and loving her life. Thankyou for everything, I can't even begin to think of where we'd be now if it wasn't for Hart veterinary practice.
