There is a lovely "family" kind of an atmosphere every time we visit. Everyone has always been so friendly and welcoming. The vets have always been very understanding, reassuring, informative and non-judgmental. They've managed to strike an excellent balance between being professional as well as being warm and inviting. I find the prices quite reasonable and within what I would expect to pay for vet care for my dog.
