Great experience. My dog is very nervous being touched at the vets and as such she was muzzled but the vet interacted with her and suggested the muzzle come off. Not only was it fine but she accept a treat from the vet's hand. So was great progress.

We have been coming to Grove Lodge for many years with our dogs and invariably from reception to veterinary staff, the people are great. It's usually busy but reception staff are always helpful and indulgent of the dogs. The vets are outstanding - we usually see Jed and Helen, who is a surgeon par excellence. Like everything else, they are not cheap but they often go out of their way to be helpful and it feels like a caring environment where pets are cherished.

We took our 2 month old kittens to Grove Lodge Vets Brighton for their first round of vaccines/health check/nail clipping yesterday. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the nurses & vets, was kind, professional and very patient with our 1 million questions! It is very important for us to feel that our kittens are not only in a safe and professional practice, but one where they are treated with LOVE and CARE. We are very glad to have picked Grove Lodge Vets for our 2 little rascals!
