What pet owners say
I cannot thank the staff here enough for how kind and professional they were at every interaction. Our absolutely treasured elderly cat started showing signs of illness last month and they were so informative and quick to help us. Unfortunately it was time to say goodbye to Jo but even during that extremely painful appointment the staff were kind and empathetic, talking us through what would happen and giving us all the time we needed. We also can't thank you enough for how you've treated us after, it's meant a lot to us. Thank you to Carlos for your considerate and patient treatment of Jo the last few weeks and keeping us informed of all our options, thank you Pedro for being there for us when Jos time came, thank you to the lovely nurse who kissed her nose and tried to keep her calm while we did a blood test (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) and thank you to every person we've interacted with for your sensitivity and professionalism. It was something we never wanted to go through but I'm glad it was with your practice. Couldn't recommend the team here enough. Thank you for looking after our girl

Addie Marten
We had to take our 10yr old border collie in due to non stop bleeding from the mouth. Vets for most pets are a stressful place for the animal but my dog was very chilled to be in there and all the staff are very calming and caring. He has to go back in for an ultrasound and I have no fears or worries about the car he will receive. 100% recommend.
