What pet owners say
I saw three vets with my very unwell kitten. I’ve had cats a long time and knew he wasn’t well, I felt like we were fobbed off by the first 2 vets as ‘over concerned’ owners. By the third vet we were taken very seriously and we got the treatment we needed and he spent nearly a weeks stay in the vets, and the reception team were amazingly helpful with the insurance claim. I can’t give a full 5 stars because I feel if we hadn’t pushed to keep being seen, we would have had a very different outcome. The treatment was exceptional once we were taken seriously.

The vet Lucy was simply wonderful with our Cat. She was super careful, really really kind, took time to get to know him before she examined him. A wonderful experience with meds that have absolutely done the trick. Thank you Lucy, you were simply brilliant!

I went to the Tarring branch. Very friendly receptionist and excellent service from the vet and nurse. There was plenty of easy parking in the nearby street or in the car park
