What pet owners say
Grove lodge isn't the closest vet practice to our home, their health club plan was always on my mind as something I'd like my dog to benefit from. After a fellow dog owner recommended. I've decided to swap a 3 min walk for a 10 min drive. I wasn't disappointed, the staff is lovely and caring, even though we cannot enter the building at this moment in time, they made it work with an outdoor exchange, before and during the appointment when I could point out my concerns and we agreed on the course of action. I'm so pleased.

5 Stars for Shelly and Anita on reception, over the years both have always been so very kind and efficient. It is nearly always unpleasant having to go to the vets but these two are a wonderful familiar asset. They are supportive, so very helpful & Anita always processes the insurance claims promptly to alleviate that worry. Thank you both, you are very much appreciated, Jemma & Elf.
