Lost my wee Polly this week, the staff here were amazing and came home today to a beautiful card and a lock of her hair. What a beautiful thing to do. I have always used this vets and they have been really supportive with all of my dogs. Cannot recommend enough, what a caring, sensitive team. ⭐️⭐️

I live in Edinburgh, but was visiting family in Falkirk when my dog suddenly became unwell (having swallowed parts of a toy...) I showed up at Grahams Road Clinic in the early evening. Although I didn't have an appointment, the staff were able to arrange for Roddy to see a vet. The options were set out clearly. Although this was a stressful time, I found the vets calming and empathetic. Fortunately, following an x-ray, it was found that he didn't need an emergency operation, but the vet did note a problem that I will now raise with my regular vet. Thank you all - you saved the day!

Cannot fault the treatment that are given to our pet and us. These staff go above and beyond in our estimation. They treat all animals with the up most respect. Our dog loves going for his visits. He also knows where all the treats are kept 😊
