Very friendly and helpful staff. The vet takes time to explain options and asks questions to understand the situation and our opinion. Overall we always have a good experience at Glenburn and even though our dog is very nervous the vet goes out of their way to keep her as relaxed as possible and be quick with injections or treatment.

The staff at Glenburn vets Crumlin branch really are the best in the business. From the lovely receptionists to the vets themselves and everyone else involved in Glenburn they always go above and beyond to ensure the animals receive the best of the best care. My dog is treated as if he is one of their own pets, and from the first phone call the staff make me feel so reassured and listened to. My dog actually runs into the vets with excitement to see them which says it all. I cannot praise them enough they are truly excellent in every way.

Went with my son to collect a young cat to rehome. The service was superb. The cat looked great, having been previously neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. We were given medical records and papers. No charges. The cat settled well and is an ideal companion for my son who was recently bereaved

Always a smile from the receptionist when I walk through the door. The vets know what questions to ask me, give good advice and make sure that all aspects of treatment for illnesses and conditions present are covered before I leave. They even deal with the paperwork for my pet insurance claims. Excellent service from start to finish.
