We had a horrible panic when our cat started choking on a piece of plastic. We aren’t registered at this vet but they are the nearest to us geographically. I phoned to say we were 5 minutes away and they were very calm and ready when my husband took the cat in, and sorted him out within seconds. We are so grateful that they were so efficient, organised and calm in a really scary situation.

Been taking our two girls here for about 5 months now and could not recommend this vet highly enough! The staff are so wonderful, always helpful and knowledgeable. My cats don't get stressed ever on visits instead the opposite, almost always being happy to see the nurse or vet!

All staff we have met so far have been absolutely amazing with our two little kittens and gave them the best attention. Definitely recommended. Edit: we now have 3 ragdolls which are all with this vet and we have had nothing but good things to say, vets and nurses and reception staff have all been amazing! Can recommend Enough!

I recently had to put my 20yr old cat and best friend Dave down because of a sharp decline in his quality of life. Charis the vet handled it incredibly and made his last moments as comfortable as possible. Can't thank you enough for being so considerate and gentle
