I have 2 pups 1 of them is very very scared of the vet so I moved to glenbrae to give her a fresh start a new environment that isnt associated with anything scary and the staff were so super nice they all seen she was very frightened so approached her with gentle voices and really calmed her down she usually escalates and gets more and more scared but she actually calmed down so this new vet is brilliant im very happy my tiny dog was treated like an individual....they have toys for dogs waiting in the waiting room and a box of blankets sprayed with calming spray for cats ready for any scared cats waiting......they have a little candle that they light in the waiting room so if its lit you know to be respectful and quiet as someone is in saying goodbye to there babies which I thought was a beautiful touch......the vet we met was so nice she explained everything to me about my little not so nervous pup needing surgery on her tiny knees, she put my mind at ease by helping me understand whats going on and what to expect which i definitely needed cos im the most nervous out of the 3 of us lol. Im so so glad I moved over to here it has already made a difference so I give them 5 stars 🌟

Chronically Horror
Overall very pleased with visit today. After relocating from England with a dog going through a long term treatment plan, transferring information over and giving history, my mind put to ease with my dogs treatment going forward. Great attention to detail and handled very professionally and amazing care to my dog. We were given the time needed which was above and beyond expectations.

I recently registered my 2 cats with Glenbrae Veterinary Clinic. The team are outstanding. It's obvious they have the animals best interests at heart. They are so friendly too.
