I came with my rescue GSD for blood tests as she was very unwell and everyone was lovely. She is dog reactive and as soon as I mentioned this to the receptionist we were shown to a private consultation room and she was the calmest she has ever been at the vets. Joshua was considerate and took the time to stroke my dog and make her comfortable before taking her for tests and then was clearly extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining the diagnosis and treatment.
