What pet owners say
Grateful to all the staff at glaven, couldn't be more helpful in any situation. Made to feel welcome and cared for every visit, good or bad, and we've had a few of both over the years of using them as our vets.

We are on holiday in Wells and our dog got something in her ear so we phoned Glavens at 9.15 and we got an appointment at 10.30 the same day! Arrived at 10.30 and saw the vet who was very friendly and compassionate and she removed the offending grass seed 1st time so no sedation needed. We were highly delighted by the excellent treatment and the very reasonable charge.

Lovely friendly vets, reception staff were very nice and welcoming. The Vet listened and asked questions about my dog. I’m very grateful they could see me as I was on holiday and my dog injured his eye. Highly recommend.

Our dog Ned developed an eye infection whilst we were on holiday & you saw him within an hour of me calling to make an appointment. You were kind, helpful & generally gave excellent service. Thank you so much!

Wonderful vets. They always listen and also explain their findings. Very patient with our pet. This is our 3rd dog to have care under the two surgeries at Wells (our registered one) and Holt. We cannot fault any member of staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
