What pet owners say
Fabulous. We were in Coalport on holiday when both dogs had poorly tummies. I had already pre registered hopefully in the unlikely event that they became unwell as Woody my older cocker spaniel is nearly 14. Staff were amazing and very helpful and got us in the same day. The care and treatment from the vet we saw was exceptional. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend Gladstone Vets they are simply the best. We have been to many vets in Telford and the staff and service here are the best we have ever had. I was so nervous about my dachshunds having their spay but the staff are so very kind and my girls were cared for like they are their own pets. I feel so relieved to have found the best Vets for my girls, thank you for your kindness and generosity. 5 star service!

Our dog was taken ill on Saturday night we attended the emergency out of hours service (they use the same premises as Gladstone vets) they were fantastic, very professional and caring nothing was to much trouble and they genuinely cared about our little dog Teddy. They told us what was wrong after a scan and how much we would have to pay. We don't have insurance so they tried to keep their costs down as much as they could. They did a temporary fix on his bladder (pushed stones back into his bladder so he could wee) we were told he had to have surgery the next day. They were out of hours service and if she had done the operation it would have cost us a fortune, she advised us to let Gladstone vets do the operation on Monday and it would be a more reasonable price, which we thought was a very honest thing for the vet to say. She made sure Teddy had pain relief and was looked after all night by the nurse. She wanted to make sure we knew he needed surgery urgently, but also undestood we couldn't afford the huge bill. The vet and nurse were brilliant! The next day Gladstone vets contacted us and told us Teddy was stable and had a good night with no pain, she told us she was a locum vet and the cost would be very high if she did his surgery, they contacted several other surgerys in our area and one could do his operation on Monday, they were very helpful and caring they all went above and beyond what we expected to find Teddy the treatment he needed at a cost we could afford. Absolutely fantastic service from both the out of hours team and Gladstone vets. Thank you ❤️

We visited yesterday for a heart scan and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole team were friendly and well organised, and the vet was incredibly sincere and compassionate. They immediately put our minds at ease and gave us real confidence in the way forward. Although these aren't our regular vets, I'd happily recommend them.

The staff/ vet are really kind and so friendly. They were all lovely with our dog. Nothing was too much trouble. I only wished we'd come here sooner
