We were very grateful for the care and compassion shown to us by Helen and the lovely Vetinery Nurse who helped us with the passing of our beloved gentleman cat, Oscar. The procedure was so much nicer and less intrusive than previous experiences we have had regarding the sedation, as previously a cannula was placed in a front leg, this time the sedation was put into the scruff of his neck which I’m sure was less of an ordeal for our pet. She wrapped him carefully in his blanket and put him carefully in the carrier for the last part of his journey to the Crem. Thank you Gladstone we are very grateful for your care as always . Fantastic vets, all the staff were top quality. We were travelling from Ireland and needed to get a tape worms and a passport stamp . Really fast and professional - both dogs loved the vet and didn’t want to leave afterwards . 10/10 especially to Frithjof.
