What pet owners say
I'm not sure how good the new vets are. When I first started using Gladstone over 10 years ago, I had the utmost confidence in the two vets running the practice. It feels like there have been quite a number of different vets since which questions my confidence in them. Saying that, all staff are friendly and professional.

The cardiologist we saw was absolutely amazing and treated our cat as if he were his own which helped a lot, the pricing was very reasonable and all the staff there are so lovely, the outcome wasn’t what we were hoping for but knowing that he was in safe hands and was being treated with the same love we show him has been a massive help, I can’t thank you all enough for everything you’ve done for us

Great vets, been taking my cats here for years though there do seem to be lots of different vets now and I don’t know many of them. Last visit vet was awesome, very kind and supportive with my nervous cat, and the vet nurses are always amazing.

Had to use the out of hours service and they were great , she was too poorly to transfer to our normal vets so they took on my little scoob gave her an op and she is sat her right now getting better. They saved her life and I’m ever so greatfull x best staff I’ve ever known THANK YOU YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

We've been bringing our cat here since he was a kitten and he's always received excellent care. Recently he's needed several appointments for eye and GI issues and all the staff have been wonderful. The vet who examined our cat for both issues was so gentle, thorough and kind and our cat responded so well thanks to his care. We've also seen several vet nurses and they have always looked after our cat wonderfully. I would also like to thank the lady on reception who sourced an emergency appointment for us with a sister surgery, on a Saturday morning when Gladstones was fully booked. Brilliant service.
