We were very grateful for the care and compassion shown to us by Helen and the lovely Vetinary Nurse who helped us with the passing of our beloved gentleman cat, Oscar. The procedure was so much nicer and less intrusive than previous experiences we have had regarding the initial sedation. She wrapped him carefully in his blanket and put him carefully in the carrier for the last part of his journey to the Crem. Thank you Gladstone we are very grateful for your care as always . I'm not sure how good the new vets are. When I first started using Gladstone over 10 years ago, I had the utmost confidence in the two vets running the practice. It feels like there have been quite a number of different vets since which questions my confidence in them. Saying that, all staff are friendly and professional.

The cardiologist we saw was absolutely amazing and treated our cat as if he were his own which helped a lot, the pricing was very reasonable and all the staff there are so lovely, the outcome wasn’t what we were hoping for but knowing that he was in safe hands and was being treated with the same love we show him has been a massive help, I can’t thank you all enough for everything you’ve done for us
