Took our cats in for nail clipping and had a really good experience. The staff were calm, gentle, and clearly experienced with handling cats, which made the whole visit much less stressful. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and the team took the time to make sure the cats were comfortable throughout. Friendly service, clean practice, and very reassuring staff. Lovely, friendly staff. Thors vet was calming and friendly. We needed a new Vets and chose Gatehouse Allerton after they took in a Hedgehog that I found on our crescent.

Excellent service very friendly my dog can be a bit snappy so asked for a muzzle and it was not a problem I would recommend the vets to anybody you get a personal service where in big company's you seem to be just a number also the price was only a pound more than last year .

Since moving vets this is the first time I have had to bring one of dogs. He is usually a very nervous dog but right away, we were met by friendly staff who put ourselves and Archie at ease. This was continued when we met the vet who made archie feel comfortable, didn't try to push products on us, explained possible treatments and costs, and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We ledt feeling like even the vet had Archies best interests in mind opposed to trying to rack up the highest bill. Best vets visit since he was a pup, now he's 8! Would definitely recommend.
