Took our cats in for nail clipping and had a really good experience. The staff were calm, gentle, and clearly experienced with handling cats, which made the whole visit much less stressful. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and the team took the time to make sure the cats were comfortable throughout. Friendly service, clean practice, and very reassuring staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing routine care for their pets.

I highly recommend Gatehouse to anyone I speak to as every interaction I have ever had with them has been great. No task is too big and all the staff seem to go over and above expectations, and all with a smile on their faces. Even my pooch is happy to come to the Allerton Surgery as we are always greeted with very happy friendly members of staff 😁

Excellent service very friendly my dog can be a bit snappy so asked for a muzzle and it was not a problem I would recommend the vets to anybody you get a personal service where in big company's you seem to be just a number also the price was only a pound more than last year .
