Very pleased with the service I received for my corn snake, Tim very obviously knows exotics and I’m very happy my snake received care from him rather than a non specialised veterinarian. Tim Dale is the most amazing vet ever he really knows what he is doing, he really cares about your pet hes literally a life saver. I won't take my guinea pigs anywhere else, my guinea was so poorly and Tim spent a long time with him cleaning him up treating him and sorting out lots of medications and treatment plan for him, he skipped his own lunch break to save my pig in crisis. Tim is the man thank you I am forever grateful

Tim the exotic vet is always incredible with my African Pygmy hedgehog, always feel like he’s in safe hands & taken well care off. Always reasonably priced aswell.

They fitted us in same day following the festive period when my elderly dog needed help suddenly even though we hadn't visited before and were patient and kind throughout the appointment and showed compassion for our very loved dog. When you need kindness it is out there and this place showed it. Thank you.
